British – has lived and worked in Asia for 24 years (Singapore, Japan, China, HK, Australia).

Held regional corporate roles in strategic, planning and talent development (Coca Cola, Disney, AC Nielsen), serving as a member of several high performance teams.Founder and CEO of Xtend Coaching International since 2002. Chief editor and author of “Coaching in Asia: The First Decade”.

Denise holds a Bachelor of Psychology and Social Anthropology and is a Certified Solution-Focused Coach with CCPC Global (Canadian Council of Professional Certification) and Master SF Practitioner (IASTI).

She holds a certificate in Coaching Supervision (Bath Consulting Group (UK)) and is an Associate Coaching Supervisor and Coach with CSC (Civil Service College) Singapore.

In 2013, Denise trekked to Everest Base Camp, a long held dream. Denise is mum to Josh and Tom and loves to spend time watching them play sport.





French/Swiss/American -worked in Europe (10 years) the US (13),  South-East Asia (4).

22 years of experience including 8 years in strategic planning (A.T. Kearney) and 14 years of human resource strategy.

Founder and Managing Director of Helsei Consulting, a niche talent strategy firm, since 1997. Hélène holds a Master of Management Science from HEC School of Management in France and a Graduate Diploma of Ontological Coaching from Newfield Institute in Australia.

She is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation since 2007 and a certified supervisor of coaches.

Hélène co-authored a book on job search techniques, “For Executives Only” published by the Five O’ Clock Club in 2007. She regularly contributes articles on Woman leadership and Executive Coaching in online newsletters and forums.

She is the proud mother of two truly global children. She is passionate about international education and has been involved as Board Director of International Baccalaureate schools for the last 15 years.



Indonesia – Has lived and worked in Indonesia and the United States. Held a role as the Country Human Resources Director for ann International bank in Indonesia and various HR strategic and managerial roles in an American based Oil and Gas company both in Indonesia and its corporate office in Houston, Texas.

Irene holds a Bachelor of Science degree in English translation and interpretation and a Diploma in Human Resources Development from the Ateneo De Manila University.

Irene has been serving companies as an Executive Coach to their Senior Managers. She is an Associate Coach for several reputable International Companies. Her rich 30 years practical and strategical experience working in International companies adds significant value to whatever she offers to her clients.

Irene has a multicultural family. She has 3 daughters, 2 sons-in-law (Canadians), and 2 cute grand daughters. She has a strong belief in work life balance that shows in how she manage her day-to-day activities working, writing as a hobby, and having fun with her grand daughters.


South Africa – Has lived and worked internationally including South Africa, UK, Europe, U.S.A. and Asia. She is a Consultant Psychologist, who works with both individuals and organisations, on assignments that require her professional and clinical supervisory skills, executive coaching capability, facilitation skills and organisational development competence.

Has held senior roles in Marketing, HR as well as Organisation Development.

Lilian completed a BA (Hons) Psychology and then an MA (Clinical Psychology) at the University of Cape Town. She holds a Post-graduate Diploma in Solution Focused Coaching and post-graduate programmes in Marketing Management as well as Individual, Organisation and Social Development.

She has contributed to three books published in Singapore including on executive coaching and solution focused therapy.

Malaysian – has lived and worked in South East Asia: Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam; India, the UK, continental Europe, and the US. Held corporate roles in business publishing (internationally) and consumer media industries (Singapore)  including group marketing, commercial, commissioning and editorial roles. Founder and creative director of a design and production company based in Europe and with clients in major cities across 3 continents. Founder and CEO of The Success Lab, a boutique executive coaching consultancy.

Rita holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Wales and is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) qualified in executive, organisational, business & life coaching, and thus brings a holistic approach to each coaching engagement. Rita has the distinction of being one of fewer than 20 coaches in Malaysia today to receive the advanced Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF), the leading global professional body and accrediting organisation for coaches.

She volunteers as a Business Mentor at the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, a Mentor for the LeanIn Career Programme 2016, is a Mentor Coach to student coaches, and served as Board Director of the International Coach Federation Malaysia Chapter for two terms from 2014-2016.
